Contract Change - effective from 13th June 2017.

We’re making some changes to your Doke Membership Plan- these changes will take effect from13thJune - details are outlined below.
Membership Changes:
  • You will not be able to use your membership when you travel in the EU from the 13th June. You will be unable to make/receive calls and texts in the EU
  • If you purchase an EU Roaming Add-on before 13th June, you can still use this allowance after June 13th as long as it is within the 30 day period.
  • Credit added to your account before the 13th June will not be available to use while roaming in the EU and will be for domestic use only.
What do I need to do if I want to cancel?

If you do not accept these changes you have the right to cancel your service within 30 days of this notice without penalty. You can do so by contacting us on or before 13th June 2017 on one of the following channels:

  • By asking an agent on our ‘contact us’ page here
  • Chat with us live online by clicking the ‘CHAT NOW’ button on your left. Agents will be available to chat from 09:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 20:00 Saturday and Sunday.

Each change above is hereby notified to you individually. Continued usage of services after 13th June 2017 is deemed to constitute acceptance of the change.

Under Regulation 14 of the European Communities (Electronic Communications Networks and Services) (Universal Service and Users' Rights) Regulations 2011 an operator shall, not less than one month prior to the date of implementation of any proposed modification, notify its subscribers to that service of the proposed modification in the conditions of the contract for that service, and their right to withdraw without penalty from such contract if they do not accept the modification.

Fair Use Policy

48 reserves the right to introduce a Fair Use Policy (FUP) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2015/2120 (‘The Roaming Regulation’).

The current applicable fair usage policy continues to apply to any free allowances in a plan.
